Therapy in Grand Rapids, MI

A Collective Space for Healing

At GR Therapy Collective, we believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and deeply personal. Our mission is to make mental health care more accessible and affirming for individuals and families across Grand Rapids and throughout Michigan.

We know healing doesn’t look the same for everyone. That’s why our therapists use a variety of trauma-informed, evidence-based, and holistic approaches—such as EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, and body-based practices—to meet you exactly where you are.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, or life transitions, we’re here to walk alongside you. Our space was created so you can feel seen, understood, and empowered as you move toward growth and healing.

Our Mission & Vision

At GR Therapy Collective, our purpose is to make therapy accessible, affirming, and deeply individualized. We believe healing happens when mind, body, and spirit are honored together, and we’re committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. Our hope is to reduce stigma around mental health, foster resilience within individuals and families, and create ripple effects of healing and connection throughout Grand Rapids and beyond.

About Our Founder

Tracy Frostick, LMSW
Founder & Trauma Therapist

Tracy is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 15 years of experience helping adults and teens heal from trauma, anxiety, and burnout. She is trained in EMDR, IFS, and mindfulness-based approaches and is known for her calming presence, compassion, and ability to help clients reconnect with their inner strength.

Tracy founded GR Therapy Collective out of a dual passion: to expand access to trauma-informed therapy for the community and to create a supportive environment where other therapists could grow their private practices without losing autonomy. Her vision continues to guide the collective as it grows—a place where healing professionals can do their best work, and where clients can feel safe, seen, and deeply supported.

A Supportive Home for Your Private Practice

Alongside serving clients, we’ve created a collaborative environment where therapists can thrive in their own private practices in Grand Rapids.

Our space is designed for clinicians who value autonomy but also appreciate having access to a community of like-minded professionals. Every therapist at GR Therapy Collective runs their own practice with full independence, while also having the option to connect, collaborate, and refer within a supportive environment.

We provide a space where therapists can do their best work while feeling connected, respected, and supported.
