Tracy Frostick, LMSW
I work with adults and teens who are navigating anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of the people I support feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences, or disconnected from themselves and others. I offer trauma-informed therapy in Grand Rapids, providing a supportive space to slow down, build safety, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand and heal the deeper patterns influencing their thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
I believe therapy works best when it moves at a pace that feels respectful and supportive. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, calming the nervous system, and strengthening internal resources so clients can feel more grounded, empowered, and connected in their daily lives.
